Newsletter signups are saved locally and may sync to Mailchimp when enabled in the admin.
AI chat and Forest Finder prompts are limited to website, product, ordering, shipping, Dwight, and educational content.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing details, order history, account login details, newsletter signup data, contact messages, IP address, browser user agent, and website interaction details.
If you use the Forest Finder or floating AI helper, your question and the generated answer may be logged so the team can monitor quality and keep answers focused on Fiddlehead Heaven products and website information.
How we use information
We use customer information to process orders, calculate shipping and taxes, send order updates, manage accounts, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, improve the store, and send newsletter emails when you sign up.
We do not sell customer lists. Some information may be shared with service providers that help run the store, such as payment processors, shipping carriers, email platforms, hosting providers, analytics tools, or AI providers used for the website helper.
Payments and third-party services
Payment details may be handled by Helcim, Stripe, PayPal, e-transfer, or another enabled payment option. Fiddlehead Heaven does not store full card or bank account numbers in the website admin.
Newsletter details may sync to Mailchimp when enabled. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the email unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
Your choices
You can request help reviewing, correcting, or removing account, shipping, newsletter, or support information where legally and operationally possible.
Some order records may need to be kept for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, shipping, dispute, or legal reasons.
